This topic was brought up on Allakhazam and I wondered if anyone has actually tried fishing in Dynamis? Mainly, the rumor has it that you can fish up currency or something, but I'm pretty sure this may have been a debunked assumption at one point or another. Anyways, just wanted to see if anyone was willing to try out of curiousity or boredom, with a crappy fishing rod of course, no sense in experiementing with an expensive one. lol

I think Volrath or some other slack ass was messing around with fishing. I dont think they every caught anything.

Dynamis - Windurst has a spot where you can fish. You can catch some pretty decent fish there, but nothing that you can't catch outside of dynamis. If I find the map that has the fishing spot on it I'll edit and post.

i tried fishing in dynamis once in dyn windy near the start at the long dock like a year ago...never caught anything (probably because i only have 10fishing...but yea) lol...pretty sure i wasnt the only one who did it that raid, i remember someone saying something about it so i just happened to have a fishing rod on me, so i tried hehe

You can also fish in Dynamis-Bastok. I've heard of someone catching 1 gil there once.
