Alright. Most of you don't know but i've had problems getting this for Brown Belt quest, and i really want to get money to save up for haubergeon (Maybe +1...) for my BST when he hits 59. Problem is.. it never drops.

People keep saying "The vine is the hardest to get" BS ~_~ I solo'd this thing (Milamber helped a bit..) while i was helping Mil get the key for her RSE. We were on our way out when i saw this thing and thought "Why the hell not". I didn't even know what it was for, didn't know why it was there, etc. So i kill it, IT DROPS THE VINE. So it can't be hard to get, and it can't be that rare of a drop (I'm hella not lucky)

Getting Dodo skin wasn't that hard either. It took a staggering 2 kills to get this thing. I was surprised i got both claims too (For those who don't know, Deadly dodo is a type of cocktraice).

However, Nue is driving me absolutely fucking nuts. I've killed this thing 3 times, nothing. I've seen it got claimed by MNKs twice(Who already had the brown belt, which pissed me off..), which i have no idea if it dropped anyways since they were JP... and probably if i did know if they got it, it would probably make me more angry.

So i'm asking if ANYONE can help me get this item. It's tough for me since, obviously, Ki blast has a longer range and secondly, i'm subbing WHM so i don't have low health once i actually get the mob.

BTW, i already told viviti i would share some of the profits since he helped me getting fame to get the quest, so don't ask ~_~

You could get there, but you'd need sneak/invisible or it would be another "Xarcabard" evening. It's an NM tiger level 39-41, but it's probably still a nasty little beast. Movien says I can't go with him because he "doesn't want to have two things to worry about". Hehe.

It's wouldn't be a problem with you and nickg helping, if it weren't for the goblins that spawn there too. They are pretty much the same level mobs as those we kill near Ifrit's Cauldron..

nevermind, checked the levels of the goblins. They are 40-43, so they would still agro you..

Hmm, I'd be glad to help you out...again....
I'm pretty damn good at NM spawns, after all I spent a whole week IRL camping Hoo Mjuu the Torrent and only lossed the claim twice (And one of those was by the CKD)
So I could come to help out with the whole claiming thing.
I could blink, stoneskin, phalanx, sneak, and invis while waiting, lol, then claim with dia and prey that you take the hate from me in under....say 4 hits.

All you need for goblins/tigers is invis. There are undead before you get to the spot. So besides that, Invis is only needed.

BTW, i'm sending out a bat signal to Angiepoo if she can help if Viviti can't.. lol..
