I dunno if I qualify as an experienced Red Mage, but here goes...
Rdm AF1 and AF2-1 are the easy shit, ufortunatly. Becomes a bitch after that.
Next are the Lvl 54 Warlock's Gloves. Requires coffer key from Eldieme Necropolis (Friggin Spriggans), followed by finding a coffer, which gets you the "Old Gloves" key item. Talk someone into helping you beat the snot out of Dark Spark and then bingo, crappy gloves.
Lvl 56 is where it starts to get good - Warlock's Tights. This is just a coffer from Garlaige Citadel. Hands down easiest coffer for Rdm.
Lvl 58 was my own personal Hell, but may not be so bad for you. Requires coffer from Castle Oztroja. Getting the key is relatively easy, but getting the coffer can be a complete nightmare depending on how many thieves are camping the coffers. I recommend staking out a little corner of the castle for yourself, such as the lowest 4 spawn points, and running back and forth across them and hoping you get lucky.
Lvl 60, for the Pimp Hat, requires no key/coffer bullshit, which is damn good, because after Oztroja you will probably never want to see a coffer key ever again. Instead, you kill two NM's, one at a time in two different zones. Need to kill a ghost in Fei'Yin named Miser Murphy, and then a Doll named Guardian Statue in Garlaige Citadel. Neither is terribly hard overall provided you bring enough people. If you're a complete lunatic like yours truly, you can do what I did and actually solo the NM Ghost in Fei'Yin, that way you only have to talk people into killing the NM Doll, which is practically right outside Jeuno.
