Well I will start with Corsair since it is a buffer and I am a BRD. I can see some awesome possibilities and some shit that SE probably will not allow. We do know Corsair will be capable of giving a JA of one party member to the rest of the party. I do not think these will be active job abilities due to the fact that giving everyone in the party Meditate or Convert might break the fucking game lol. Still the passive ones are interesting enough.

NIN - Dual Wield (situational but could be hot) and Subtle Blow (less worrying about melee TPing on HNM... would put more melee in alliances on stuff like Wyrms instead of BLM and SMN hopefully
WAR - Double Attack (hotness)
THF - Triple Attack (also hotness)
BRD - Resist Silence (poooooop in most situations)
DRG - Accuracy Boost (interesting for high eva mobs)
DRK - Attack Bonus (high def mobs)
RDM - Fast Cast (hot for mages, brd and utsu tankers since it is confirmed fast cast effects utsu timers)
BLM - Magic Attack Bonus (lol), Conserve MP (could be hot)
SMN - Auto Refresh (nice)
BST - Killer effects (not bad for tanks in some situations)
SAM - Store TP (yeah that would own)
RNG - Ranged Accuracy boost? (not really so hot)
MNK - Martial Arts skill? (crap lol), HP boost (hot for tanks methinks)

WHM and PLD I forget their passive abilities to be honest

I thought about this last night while drunk haha. Corsair could really own depending on how often you get the positive result and whether this shit is aoe and how bad the negatives can be. Still Corsair might replace BRD in some situtations, but this shit will stack with BRD songs.. which is hot as hell. What do you guys think? Care to speculate on Puppetmaster or Blue Mage? Sorry for the long ass post haha.

Pld gets defense bonus, resist sleep, and undead killer.
Whm gets magic def bonus, auto regen, clear mind.


Conserve MP from blm is actually a really nice trait imo :oops: it kicks in a lot and can have a pretty strong effect. Killer traits from bst would kick asses for pld too, or arcana killer from drk for sky crap, but koenig shield(beast killer) and tatami shield(kill anything) have killer effects anyway so eh.

i wish mine activated more, its pretty rare when i notice its been activated, only doing warps sometimes i see it lol

Yeah I still have no explanation for deadlegend->legends never die but it certainly sounds cool.

Martial arts is fucking AWESOME. Get someone without it (ie. a 75THF with H2H skill) and check their DPS vs. a 75MNK.

THF also gets Evasion bonus (Extra hot for solo :P) and TH but that doesn't count.

I think that's the point Matti. If the MNK's Martial Arts trait was boosted for the party it's going to do nothing for them, so yeah, it's crap like he said. :-P

Thats actually a pretty cool ability, the subtle passive JAs wouldnt over power a situation but would give a slight edge to fights. I hope SE pulls this off right.

doubt it would stack for the job that Corsair pulled the ability from.. but yeah could be demonic for some jobs.. WAR/NIN with Ridill and lots of suble blow or store tp could break the game lol. Also some guy on BG forums mentioned that SAM gets a ability that takes away TP from a mob.. if all the DD melee in the pt are taking away TP from a mob.. lololololol... Well you would not see so many BLM in HNM alliances. Melee would have free reign to beat the piss out of HNMs without the mages suffering consequence from the TP move spam from the HNM. If that or the subtle blow thing is real... melee should give SE a big thank you for finding a way to indirectly boosting their ability without nerfing BLM.
