what I want to see with the new expansion is this:

Enough of an impact to the playerbase that at the end of the day, you aren't sitting in Jeuno. That's one problem i see with CoP, at the end of the day, everyone is still in Jeuno and the normal RoZ zones. Will the new city be amazing enough to actually draw large majority of people to that zone and actually stay there?? Will the new areas be great enough to do a /sea of it and see equalling numbers as if you did /sea crawlnest or another regular zone???

Would be nice if they could make a cool new zone that would replace jeuno. A new port city or something.

The main appeal to me for most MMG expansions is that they do a graphical update.

Too bad they cant do that in FFXI.

On this topic, I don't know where to get my copy from. I need to buy the NA version because thats what I used orginally but can't seem to find any import site that clearly states "this is the NA version"

I never bought FFXI (or CoP) from an importer, I just imported it myself using Gamestop.

You have to pay tax doing that though. Once the UPS guy gets to your door with it, he won't give it you until you pay the tax. In cash iirc, maybe Cheque too but I forgot because I wasn't at home when it arrived, lol.

Well from what i gathered from this new Expansion is it will not be a disappointment towards endgamers, alot of content that isnt really Caped (unless you want it to be, Assault <3) it will be more arena style tactic'ed over anything esle and the items you get are well rewards i believe from assault and other various goodies tehy might offer, when it comes out to us to play i will be 50/50 on the new jobs, i am interested in the ppm and bluemage job more because of their concept valves, well that is my two cents, ttfn

After taking a break for a bit from game and playing much less, I decided I don't even really care about getting the expansion lol. I'll just download the update and maybe buy it if people think it's good/new areas are important.
