I know it's pretty good for DD but how bad is the added "slow" factor?
Is it worth getting compare to the price? is there another equipment that's better at lv73?

It's all mix and match with the Hecatomb set. Legs, helm and body are by far the best pieces. Legs would be the only part of the set I'd wear all the time though. Since the slowness is annoying with the rest of the set combined.
