for example:
Head: Optical Hat
Neck: Peacock Charm, RNG necklace?
Body: Osode
Hand: Seiryu Kote
Legs: AF2 or the Behemoth leather one (forgot the name)
Feets: no idea...
Back:
etc...

Earrings: Fenrir's Earring,Suppanomimi, and -dmg one when getting raped.
Rings: Behemoth Ring if in stock +1 ^_^
Belt: Royal Knight's Belt +2
Back: Amemite +1
Weps: Axe's-Fransisca,Kriegsbeil. Bow's-O'bow, E-bow i guess lol Gun- hellfire

Dusk pants actually only add +atk not rng atk, they do add +rng acc which is why they are popular. For next to 3mil i'll pass.

For a TARU here are some good gear options melo:

Head: Wvyren Helm STR+5 and some other stats

Body: Blue Cotehardie+1 or regular adds +4 str

Hands: I would suggest Seiryu's Kote/ Crimson hands are good as well but the Kote will give +50 HP(i think)

Legs: RNG AF or War brais. Behemoth pants are Ok.. but not really needed.

Feet: If you can afford Striders get them if not war shoes give +5 rng atk.

Neck: P.Charm or Rng neckpiece.

Fingers: One mermaid ring and one ruby ring for STR.

Back: the LVL 61 back piece (forgot name) +1 for taru for added str and Rng atk.

but I guess it's something to use before Osode ^^;
