You'll prolly have to do some long ass quest before you're allowed to do this. I'm hoping you don't have to give all 5 pieces to get the claim slip.. or else I'm screwed because I always carry only my gloves and pants lol

But yeah.. I have a good feeling SE is gonna screw it up somehow also. They'll put the NPC next to the Minotaur in Aqueducts, and you'll have to travel to every city in the game and get some rare/ex drop from a lv 85 NM that doesn't repop for 72 hours to finish the quest :P

and the jpns are already camping it right?
