Ok, this has never happened before... but I logged on today and i got kicked out of game. (like the game minimized on its own) I didnt disconnect or R0 or nothing, the game just alt tabbed by itself. Now its doing it pretty frequently, cant stay logged in more than 30 minutes...

Anyone know whats up?

Mine keeps doing this now, and I've known exactly what it is for a while, lol.

Graphics card is overheating (the fan is damaged -- not got around to fixing it yet) and it's causing random errors. Sometimes it will BSOD, sometimes it will just boot me back to POL saying it lost full-screen, sometimes it will just crash to desktop without a word.

Been doing it a while but I don't wanna shell out £££ on a new graphics card if I can't fix it myself, so I haven't bothered looking at it, lol.

EDIT: I'm not saying you have a hardware fault, the "common" cause is most likely another application stealing window focus causing the game to think you "alt-tabbed". You should hit ctrl-alt-del, open the Process List in task manager, and "End Task" on everything running under your own Username (not SYSTEM or LOCAL/NETWORK SERVICE) except for explorer.exe and taskmgr.exe, then try it again and see if it happens.

Just rub magnets on your Hard drive. That cleans up most problems really good.

Is anyone still getting this problem? I thought it was something that would be fixed with the last update but even now I keep getting it.
FFXI getting fullscreen errors at random moments, no pop ups or anything in windows either.
Sometimes it happens like every 5 min
