I found this on Alla and although that site sucks and makes my i.q. go down, I found this very useful tool there.

Vana'diel Atlas

It has all zones split up by region then you can click each zone to get the map. Pretty freaking nice...

EDIT: After closer inspection I noticed that it has markers on some maps. Check out Ru'aun Gardens...
