I know I've been making lots of posts lately so I apologize...
I need to ask a newbie question. How the HELL do I read the charges on items? I can't figure out if something's full or empty and I don't want to buy another empty item, lol

theres a thingy that tells ya at the bottom of teh item
like this:

29/30 for example thats the charge left
and the timer is when the recasting is finished

if thats what your asking...

OHHH I see! So I wasn't ripped off. I just realized the reason I couldn't press "use" on the bargin Republican staff lol, I'm not bastokan.
