played Ultima Online then moved to Asherons call played some Eq after that and Anarchy online then went back to ac and back to uo after that then i tried Earth and Beyond then back to Ac then i got FF 11 ^^. Now im playing Guild wars

I played mainly console games. Played some starcraft wayyy back when. I still have it....wow i should try it again haha. I'm a huge RPG fan, so i saw FFXI and i talked to mirby a lot about it before it came out and i liked it .... and here i am...

I started with RTS's in the mid 90's when we got our first PC, C&C mainly, then I got way into console gaming for a few years. Once we got a new PC i started Diablo II and played that religously for a few years until Halo came out. All I did my first year and a half of college was drive to MSU and lan with the top team in the state at the time, the culmunation of that was finishing Top 32 individually and 5th 4 man team in the country about a year ago. I play Halo 2 mildly now, but thats it. After I got through with that I got into FFXI and started playing thatl for a little over a year. Now I'm onto all PC games, WoW, BF2, Call of Duty and lately I started playin old PS RPG's.

Hehe my gaming experience is the definition of old school. Started with Atari, all the classics Pac-Man, Asteroids, you name it. First computer games were on a Commodore, some Greek mythology game. (LOL the first computer I ever used was one that stored data on cassette tapes, and our first family home computer had a 20 MB hard drive, haha)
When the NES came out, man you couldn't beat that. Some of my favorite games of all time were on that system, Contra, Ikari Warriors, Ice Hockey, those were the days. Its amazing how many people who grew up around that time still remember the Konami cheat code. SNES was next, intro to the best game ever MarioKart. I was huge into all the Ultima games on computer at that time also, which was the beginning of my RPG gaming. I think 64 came out around my sophomore year of college, played nothing but Goldeneye and MarioKart for hours and hours. I think PS1 came out the next year and played FFVII, blown away. Played every FF since (except X-2, lame) and haven't looked back. When FFX came out on PS2, it was amazing. BTW did anyone else spend hours and hours playing Blitzball?
FFXI is my first MMO gaming experience, and it was nothing like what I expected. But it has been awesome.

Played Master of Orion II online with a good circle of friends. Then played Counterstrike for a while. I was all like BOOM HEADSHOT. I can DANCE ALL DAY, I CAN DANCE ALL DAY.

I was strictly console RPGs until FFXI. Long time FF player since NES days. (Ooops giving away my age!) This is my very first MMO and after this one shuts down i'm not playing any more MMOs. This $#!+ is like crack!
