Ive always been interested in knowing what that ONE piece of armor or that one weapon that drives people to keep playing is.

Im not looking for a list of the equipment you want. Im looking for that one item that just makes you drool.

For me, that once piece of armor is the WHM AF2 vest. I was lucky enough to win lot on this armor back at the end of june or the start of july (id have to check the forums, i made a thread on it.)

Ill admit im lucky because getting my dream armor is actually alot easier than people like shiloh and rein who want abj that only drop from nidhogg.


So what is that one item you want more than anything else. That thing that drives you to keep on playing.

Excalibur...I'm sure I'll never have that though lol. I got to play as 75RDM/37DRK for the first time yesterday and when I saw all those WS I have with sword...that brought the dream up again. LOL I remember when I used to dream about Enhancing Sword...which really isn't that great once you are 75. Of course RDM/NIN duel wield ... wow ... two awesome weapons....hmmmmmmmmmmm....

I think it would be those sexy byakko pant, but I doubt they match with my hauberk or any other gear.

Dunno, gear don't interest me much, I just want to kill Promathia.

Honestly, the one item that I most wanted out of this game is something I got a while back.

That would be the Crimson Finger Gauntlets which I now wear. When I got those, I was finally able to consider myself "satisfactory". :)

To be honest, though... The excitement of the moment when I got my Wyrmal Abjuration: Hands has since been matched by the excitement of getting Kirin's Osode.

Of course, like so many other RNG out there, my ultimate dream item of choice would have to be Annihilator. Or Yoichi's Bow (Yoichinoyumi), whichever I can get. :)

I promised myself a long while ago that I would not quit this game until I had fully upgraded either the Relic Gun to Annihilator, or the Relic Bow to Yoichi's Bow. I promised myself that before I even knew what the names of the two weapons were. :)

All in all... The thing that keeps me going, aside from how much I still enjoy this game, is that promise to myself. Quite possibly an unreachable goal, I know, but still... It's a promise. :)

I dunoo my brd is pretty decked out. i wouldn't mind the AF2 legs... but besides that nothing i'm dieing for really. Maybe Xp for my bst lol it's going to slow lol and hurts
