Upgrading Relic weapon either takes extreme commitent, or time. It's an eventuality. The longer people play that is. If you quit FFXI now, you'll never get it. lol But if you play another year, I bet you'll see quit a few people with them, and whoever you are, you'll be sure to have at least one or two upgrades done. Dynamis currency is dropping fast and hard. Rhinoa got some for 3k the other day, they'll be like Infinity cores and sell for around 1k soon too.

Is that really the Great katana? it really does look like the Ninja one handed Katana to me and not the Samurai Great Katana which should have a curved blade.

I would agree with Yummy. It is fashioned much like a Bastard sword, but probably the 2 hander. That and it is the only weapon with a name that is not in katakana.

FYI - The Katana IS on there.. its a Kukri type :roll:

There was discussion about it ages ago on another forum - yarr this wallpaper so old :P

I'm partial to the regular sword. Looks way too awesome. lol I really like the relic GK. btw, if you have the model viewer, you can easily see which relic is what. Since all the weapon types are bunched together.

Saw that pic a while ago, I really like Excalibur :) I don't think the other weapons are very cool, but they look kinda good.

Dark Knight using a golden scythe wtf ?? The name says it : DARK!

the g/k is weird looking like i said..its small too... owell. ill never see it so i dun care..

FYIx2 the katana IS NOT there. that is a dagger, and that the only thing that could possibly look like the katana to you

btw, i saw cherry selling a 100 windurstian piece yesterday for 180k...
dunno if it actually goes for that much or if that's just really cheap, but im used to the 800k most people say they pay
