thats not really true, i have gotten alot of feedback, but not enough to convince me of a choice. i have decided that running away simply wont solve anything, but i dont wana take my fathers crap any more, i want to find a way to make peace and get my life back. (mainly my friends and FFXI) i can live w/o TV and other forms of entertainment, jes as long as i have my friends and my game, im a happy camper.

Have you sat down and talked to him about that? Explain things, ask him him why, talk to your grandparents and see what your grandfater was like to your father. Some times that will help answer things on why he is like he is.
