Hello. I am planning a Bastok 6-1 through 7-2 (from rank 6 to rank 8 mission run, for this Friday January 7th. We will start forming at 6PM Pacific / 9PM Eastern...and will depart when we have a sufficient amount of people. Several people from my LS also need this, so I have about 6 or 7 people 60+ to start with. We need more people. If you need Bastok 7 and 8, know anybody that does, or just get bored and feel like killing NMs...please send me /tell in game or just meet us Friday in Port Jeuno.

6-1 will involve a trip to Western Altepa and we will fight 2 NM sphinxs (at the same time). They aren't very hard.

6-2 we go to Ifrits cauldron and fight a bomb and lizard NM (at the same time). They aren't far into Ifrits at all. The lizard killed me last time (I was lvl 60), but that's b/c we had only one WHM and he wasn't healing me (was focusing on the other tank). Fight still wasn't too bad and nobody else died. To spawn these NM's we need a piece of Adaman Ore. The people that need rank 7 can split the cost and figure that part out. The others can just kill:D They will drop 6 rare/ex stones that you trade to a NPC in Norg.

7-1 involves a trip to Ro'Moaeve (sp?) to fight 2 NM Golems (2 ???s in different locations I believe). I haven't done this before, but I hear it isn't too bad. Every person that comes along for this part will need a stack of silent oils. Mobs there aggro magic (which most/all of you know) so we will have to be careful. We will send a scout out to find the ???s and then lead everybody there, and try to avoid aggro.

7-2 is a BCNM fight in Waughroon. We will figure this part out as we get there and some people may have to fight in the BCNM more than once. I hear a well balanced party in the low to mid 60's can do this np.

6-1 through 7-2 Friday night was a success. We even got 8-1 and 8-2 done on Saturday night...that took a very long time and our alliance got wiped in Kuftal due to links. We fought the NMs in the wrong place the first time. Teamwork was great from that point on, everybody stayed re-raised raised, and we got revenge on the NMs (I had to be up early Sunday so had to pull an all-nighter...heh). I would like to do 9-1 but I hear it's one of the hardest missions in the game and requires an alliance of 70+, so I should probably get my ass in gear and start leveling first...

Anyways thank you Valisk for coming to Ro'Maeve and helping us there. You made the "hard" part easy.
