I need a Program "free" that i can use my Fraps movies and Edit it and add music also some Writeing on the Screen that isn't too Hard to figure out. All i really know about computers is how to play video Games lol

If you can help me out finding one that would be Great and Free CKd pearl to anyone that Can (lol not realy but plz)

It includes basic video and audio editing capabilities, up to two streams of real-time effects and support for both Windows XP and Macintosh OS X platforms.

You won't be able to cut Spielberg's next feature on it but, you should be able to play with the footage from your Fraps program.
