just registered figured id post get to know everyone before i got level 65 and can apply :)
Im Alexeia in game main job is whm at 58 (just finished Af 3 yay! thanks Shiloh ) somtimes play Bard when i get the time. Love to do events af ef summons doesnt matter :)

because a 58 whm with a capped blm sub can escape, a 58 whm without a capped blm sub cant.

Plasma there are less (seriously considered) applications than you think.... Then again most folks don't make it to the seriously considered stage of the game =P

how many high level NA players do you think there really are vurin? lol seems like most of em are in/applying for CKD. But, have you noticed how many applications are in that section of the board? >.< Even if we were all level 75, most of us still wouldn't have a chance, especially the little level 65 drg

That's another reason to either switch job or to level to 75. If you think getting in CKD as a lvl 75 drg will have a lot to do, that's just a dream. I feel very bad to see DRGs sitting out during HNM fights.

SE needs to either fix the alliance size or fix the job. DRGs in CKD are the ones who do the dirty/hard work. They are the heroes in my eyes but they really only get to stand on the sideline with many other melees/support jobs during HNM fights.

i totally agree peejo. In my opinion, dragoon is a wasted job and can get very depressing. You work hard creating parties, help out others when they need it, and try to be nice to everyone and it still does not work out. No matter what you're doing as a dragoon, exping, HNM hunts, BCNM fights, you're always out-done by another job. Dragoon maybe is just too average in too many areas, and that could've been SE's idea from the start. Drg can be a decent back-up healer, with a mage sub. Dragoon can do decent damage with war/sam sub. Dragoon can try to control hate in exp groups with a thf. But, dragoon excels in nothing. I was extremely depressed when just recently, i was booted from a perma that i tried to create. I gathered the people, tryed to get times set, and they find a different damage dealer to use. There's honestly nothing much that i can do to get people to use me in their exp parties. I have the best equipment that is reasonable and as far as i can tell, i do my job. Only ways i can improve are by getting a scorpion harness, peacock charm, or sniper ring +1's :(

In many ways, the drg class is very weak. On top of that, people aren't sure what drg is suppose to do.

Let's look at Jump. It has ability interrupt. However, not many people know/realize this. Therefore, I would propose to drg to Sub Thf next time and equip his af1 boots to land jumps (Sneak+jump). Given the uber gear, abilities and basic dex points for drg, the only way to land a jump for sure is to sneak it. This is unlimited and has a 1:30 min timer. The dark/bm stun has 45 sec recast if i remember correctly.

There are other points i can say about drg but that be trying a bit too hard.
