Bariman needs Holla and Mea, Valisk...he's my son irl. He tanked Dem with me Saturday but that was the last one I needed. He can go as PLD (preferred because he has Shadow Tiara) BRD or THF. If you need another mage, I'll help out...WHM, BLM (preferred), RDM. :D |

How does this weekend sound guys? Friday, March 4 (5pm-9pmCST) Saturday, March 5 (3pm-11pmCST) Tell me these times work for everyone. Ok, I defenatly wanna do maybe one friday, one saturday, and one sunday. I would love to get them done in one day but u know there is only so much ppl can take. We will plan as we go but as of now we will schedule one on Friday 5pm CST. which one is the easiest? and what items should I/Anyone bring? |

So if anyone has made it to like the Spire and lose to Mega Boss and you need to complete a Promyvion, please let me know. I need someone with experience. I've completed Dem and Mea, made it to the Holla spire multiple times with multiple PT's and got wiped by the mega boss again and again --- usually when he has just about NO HEALTH left. I know how these work, and I'm fairly certain there will be others going along who know as well. The most important things are: When going up the floors, ESPECIALLY on floors 2 and 3, if you get aggro...STOP! Do not run and cause a death train. On the fourth floor if you get aggro, just run for the zone line. As for fighting the mega boss, the mistake we've made every time is to 2-hr too early, causing the boss to become VERY low on health and begin spamming nasty AoE drain attacks (in the case of Dem/Holla) or extremely damaging specials that can one-shot a tank (in the case of Mea). Any other questions let me know, but I'm sure there will be some other Promy vets who show up. Oh, and the most important rule of all - this isn't Dynamis, but I do think one of the rules that Yarr made for his Dynamis runs applies here... *Follow the raid leader and do not waste time asking "why"...not following directions is the easiest way to get your pt/alliance killed* |

Shiroikaze, would you like to lead a Holla raid on Friday or Saturday? I am not afraid to admit that I dont know what the hell I am doing. I just need to get this over with. I am going as War/Nin so try to use the ppl that have posted here and set something up for Friday or Saturday if you would like. I am currently getting expert advise from the Promyvion queen herself, Doodee. So her advise should prove helpful as well. |

My LS is doing a run soon - not sure of the exact times but I believe next Saturday (the 12th?) is the decided date. I tried organizing a raid using these forums a few weeks ago - we got enough people but both parties wiped on the Wreaker, with multiple animas. I'm beginning to think I'm bad luck on Holla, so I'd rather have someone else take it over - lol...but I'd be more than happy to assist with planning or attend. I think the key is going to be getting some people together and just going to a crag to farm animas...it can be done efficiently with 3-4 people. |

I've been waiting for this chance also. I need every Promyvion, lol. (started the Promayvion Holla, but didn't finish.) I can go as: Drk/War or Drk/Thf or War/Thf or Thf/War Oh, and i'm Lildog, for those who don't know me, lol. And the times posted (Friday 5pm-whenver and Saturday 11am - whenver) are both good times for me. I guess send me a tell with the plans, or respond on the forums for the plans. |
