I try to be the best I can be at my job, but that don't mean that I don't have my noob moments. Hell, I never claimed to be uber or 1337 or w/e.

one particualrly noobish moment happened just last night O.o (oh noes! lvl 70whm n00b)...

I was in a sick ass jp pt, this one guy sends me an invite every night around 11:30 this happened last wed, thurs, fri, and again last night. The set-up was RNG X 3, RDM, BLM, WHM. we went to Bibiki Bay to exp off dhamels. The pt was fantastic, it was an exciting setup, which allowed me to run around a lot and focus on support rather than just sitting in one place and spamming cures. I was 15k tnl. We were at it for 2-3 hours.. makine 5k an hour easy... so after awhile i check my tnl cuz i knew i had been getting close, and i wwed at the fact that i was @1 tnl. But the joke soon grew extremely embrassing and depresssing when I didn't ding on the next fight. So I'm like WTF in my LS and someone was like {Umm...} did you talk to Maat twice after beating him? and i was like..... no? ; ;

So I tried my damdest to auto-translate what was going on. Jimbean > D2 > {jeuno} > {title} > {Bibiki Bay}. {Experience points} {yes please} but they all must've thought I hadn't even fought Maat yet, and the harder I tried to be like NO OMFG PLZ, just must;ve made me look like I was upset about not fighting Maat.

So, I get {Disbanding party.} T.T we head back to Jeuno, I rush up to Maat, get my cutscene, and head back down to port where the leader was hanging out at the AH. I sent him a tell {title} {please check it} and sends me a tell back ?w I dunno if he realized what happened or not, but at least i was able to salvage my credibility somewhat. Still felt like the biggest n00b ever, and I can only wonder if I'll get another invite tonight, or ever again ; ;

So yah, make me feel better...post n00b moments, or I'll be forced to share the story of when I called for help on Leaping Lizzy.

I think my worst noob thing i've done was when i was like lvl 63 i think it was... teleporting out all mages and support team and just leaving behind a tank and a thf i think it was? I have two really big pitbulls, and when one jumped on me i must have tabbed up my macro pallet since i play on ps2 and usually lounged on my couch. And when i instictivly when you use cure since that was the last spell i used, i didn't even bother to look atthe macros keeping my eyes on the life bars. I didn't even realized i was teleporting until it was too late lol. They still don't let me live that down when i see them. ^^

Noob moments happen to all of us. only human^^

like two weeks ago i was helping azn with his beadeaux coffer key, i had been pulling with carbuncle all night and doing fine avoiding the curse machine, but then for some reason i completely forgot about the curse machine and ran up and got cursed, then like a noob i pull with dia because quadavs backs were turned, and 3 quads come up and kill me. not sure why i thought quads detect by sight after like 2 hours of carbuncle pulling.
