3) The Trail Marking are in Bastok Mines (I think) near the Mog House.

I assume this is your first time so make sure completed the prerequisite stuff which is get a Tele Vhazl and get the cutscene. After that just check one of the Trail Marking to get a Key Item "Vial of Shrouded Sand."

Come early and ask one of the pearl sack holder a pearl. =/ That's all I can say
