Even if you need all jobs to beat maat to get the cap, that doesnt mean you have to be 75 all job, can beat maat at 66, but the general level hes beaten at is 70, hence level on cap is 70. |

On the equipment section, if you goto Maat's Cap, the little area that usually says [ENM] [Quest] [Shop] etc for how to obtain the item, says [Crazy] lol. |
