I soon will be xping for merits and I was wondering what the rng's out there put their merits in. I was thinkin' - enimty first, but I was just wondering what others are a good place too. I don't plan on leveling a tank job ever and I am thinking about BLM next possibly |

Probably something like 6points in Archery/markmanship (dunno which one they are using) a few points in critical hit |

I am currently working on capping marksmanship, I'm going to move to str and agi next, with some crit points mixed in. Once I cap str agi and crit, I may work on rapid shot rate. |

Well...I capped Marksmanship first...then I went with Critical Hit Rate. The following are others I dumped merits into: Rapid Shot, STR, HP, Axe Skill, Sharpshot Recast. But I would IMO cap either Marksmanship/Archery first then Critical Hit Rate. I hope this helps. :D Da Grim 75 Rng || 37 Nin |

heres what i did, i think its the best possible use of what there is available. 6 upgrades to marksmanship (or archery). max one dont split either up. 3 upgrades to evasion 3 upgrades to crit hit rate up 3 upgrades to spell interruption rate (i tank alot) 5 upgrades into rapid shot. Still working on: 7 into hp 4 STR (str helps more than agi in any situation, dont be fooled) |

Thank god someone is realizing it. I've been goin with a str build for a while, and yes it DOES help on regular shots AND slug shot, even being an elvaan. |

Well...IMO...I wouldnt spend any merits on Evasion since Rngs have a E rating.I dont think the extra increase in skill from merit will help that much.......But go for it if you like. Da Grim 75 Rng || 37 Nin Currently on 5-3 COP |
