Novio Earing: Magic Atk. Bonus +7 (RARE, but not EX) :shock:

I dont even want to think about how much this is gonna cost. The pendant that only activates as a latent effect costs 3Mil, this item will be insane.

I heard latent effect is triggered everytime HP drops below 90%

I think they did buff Sam alittle with these new equip but... they F??ked our Rng sub job as well.
