I got this from a stegotaur while on a sublinger hunt in Phomiuna Aqueducts, And I want to know... whats it for!? the description says it tells the history of the fomor but you cannot read the language its in. I can narrow it down to 2 things. either I trade it to an ??? somehwere (probably to pop an NM) or some NPC wants it for a quest. Any ideas? its Rare only.

Also we killed an NM named Mahisa, and it drops Sinister Mask (Lvl 39 Rare/ex def 19 STR+2 INT+2 MND-2 VIT -2) Too bad we didnt get it

My original question still remians >< Someone said that it might have to do with some new ???s in sacrium or w/e that other aquaducts area is. But I have no idea since I'm not that far. If CKD wants to test it out i'll be happy to hand the codex over.
