That's easy enough to answer. They are not REALLY casting tornado2, etc. All you are seeing is the spell animation. They swaped the spell animation files around just like you can swap the files around and make your moogle look like.. well, mine looks like Lion

Yeah, some of these spells are already used in game by HNMs etc... So some1 swapped files around and bingo looks like lvl caps are flying up etc Amusing to see people casting them and what it would look like
