These signatures I'm seeing everyone with, lol. Pretty cool little tool, might get it later. Anyone bothered making some stuff for their background contest though?

Thought I might turn the Bahamut part of the old forum banner into one for the hell of it.

(Left the sample text on it so other people can't submit it. :P)

The technology is potentionally dangerous, I guess. Any program you download to your machine could steal your POL ID or something, lol. But that doesn't mean it's going to.

Considering people are using this thing like everywhere on forums I see now I guess it can't be too bad.

That thread on the orderl was funny. One of the guy who made it had really bad reputation and already stole account. They even made an alliance with a RMT website to give winner of the contest they are holding a few millions :?

Looks alright ket.

The problem is that there is so much going on that its distracting and harder to read the text.

If it was a Poster Board for a marketing ad then they would probably turn it down lol.

Needs less stuff near the text.

Well the text sample I'm using is missing the black drop-shadow you see on the real generated one. It'd probably be easier to read with it, I dunno, lol.

yeah that might be it ket. I wasnt sure if the actual program had any boardering\drop shadow options or things of that nature.

Still, ket with your talent you should try and make a whole new one rather than cut and paste from an already exsisting piece of work.

I didn't just copy/paste it, lol. I have a full sized "source" render for I crop and size down depending which size I needed, as I did different sized/aspect backgrounds using it, etc.

I use "Matte" textures in 3DS Max to render a transparent background that still can recieve shadows. Then I export them once it's rendered as PNG, which have alpha chanels. Then I can layer them in Photoshop, as I want them, without having big ugly planes covering half of the image.

Besides, it was my own work, lol. Not like I was stealing someone elses.
