AV is finally going down

You probably know already if you've been reading the thread on BlueGartr forum, but I might as well repost it.

Basically:
-They popped it last night (around midnight)
- Fought for 2 hours until it stop recasting wyvern and use 2 hour (also ran out of mp for some reason)
- Someone CFH by mistake, they d/c and come back, it regened its mp but still no 2 hour

They gave up at 5am, but kept holding it all night until ~1 pm today
- They tried many thing until 6pm, but nothing worked, couldnt beat the regen
- When they were about to give up, they pulled it to the north side of Al'taieu, and had BLM nuke it from NE section (where apolyon is). AV isnt counter attacking or doing anything, stuck in a wall

Looks like the only way to beat AV was a glitch :lol:

Unless it manage to free itself and go rape the BLM.

Yeah, AV destroyed Bluegartr forum lol. When they found the glitch, there was about 20 posts in the same second, then a big lag and nothing else.

Their BLM wiped after AV used 2 meteor in a row, but since it cant melee them, they can just reraise and keep going

If I was around on that server I'd report it to a GM so they depop it or let it loose at like 10% or something, just to be an ass. :P

Well, the guy fought it for 20 hours lol. It's a lot more than any other LS. Not to mention they can still wipe to 2000dmg meteor spam (they are currently all dead).

Call them for "holding". I'm sure it would work considering GM has no clue what is sea.

It's hard to say if he drop anything else, but those item are the only one that were added in the .dat when AV was implemented.

There was another 75 armor with 60 def, but it's most likely dropped somewhere else (and it doesnt have a rare flag either)

Well, it took them about 45minutes to get it from 100% to 50% once they found the glitch, but they fought him since almost 1 day before.

AV is at 100% now after they wiped. It start spamming 2 hour again and they cant get him under control. Man, this thing is lame haha. I wonder if a GM reseted his skill or something.

Yeah, it's Odin.

AV has 6 wyvern up at time now (instead of 3 normally), and just Benediction again at 95%. It sound more and more like some evil GM decided AV was meant to be beat today.

He was CFH by mistake after the first bene and wipe. Maybe it got back its 2 hour? No clue, the monster itself doesnt make sense.

Not that it would/will ever happen, but I think it would be cool for all the major linkshells in a server to gather together in sea, pop AV, call for help on him, and proceed to just mob him to death with hundreds of people..... just for the sake of actually killing the jerk. And hey get shared credit as being the first server to drop AV while they are at it.

lol well they shouldnt cry about GMs giving AV back his 2 hout and wyvern and MP and stuff because they only were killing it because of a glitch anyhow, im surprised they didnt call an emergency maintenance in altieu on odin to fix the AV glitch

Goddamned right, lol. I had pondered about this, but prolly won't happen. My version didn't cfh him tho...

Then again, at the time, I didn't know what he was capable of. This thread makes me want to throw up as is... _-_;;;;
