I know this is going out on a limb........ But i was wondering if any gracious CKD members, or any other Drks around my lvl would help me get my AF 2, 3, 4, 5? It's really hard asking strangers in Jeuno for help, cause they have no incentive, so i figured i'd try here first? So anyone wanna help a lowly Drk out? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaasssssssssseeeeeeeeeee? LOL. |

Yarr, i messaged you about two days ago about seeing my character type, and you weren't on, and this was continuous. Will you be on today?? Oh, and thanks Mikey for helping. I want to do this a soon as possible. With you two alone, it might be do able. |

Lol, I am gonna need AF2 and up in another 5 levels too...maybe I can get Yarr killed again, lol. AF2 I can solo, Its pretty easy, go to CN, find a treasure chest, Open the chest (already got my key), Take the crawlers blood, get the pair of Old Boots, bury the boots in this one spot, wait til after 12 Midnight (Japan time) Then dig up my spanking new Warlock's Boots. AF3 and up is coffer crap though i think, will need help with those. Also, if any experienced RDM would like to correct me please do so. Oh, and sorry for hijacking your thread Lildog ^^ |

LOL. You are the boss of VKD Viviti, do what you want... I just i can get enough help in time to get my AF before i go back to college................ cause i wont have ANY time to play until breaks and stuff (which sucks). So i wanna get as much done as i can now. |

careful if you try to solo drk af2 yarr, i tried to solo it for my friend and it was damn close. sub rdm for sure and you should win though |

I dunno if I qualify as an experienced Red Mage, but here goes... Rdm AF1 and AF2-1 are the easy shit, ufortunatly. Becomes a bitch after that. Next are the Lvl 54 Warlock's Gloves. Requires coffer key from Eldieme Necropolis (Friggin Spriggans), followed by finding a coffer, which gets you the "Old Gloves" key item. Talk someone into helping you beat the snot out of Dark Spark and then bingo, crappy gloves. Lvl 56 is where it starts to get good - Warlock's Tights. This is just a coffer from Garlaige Citadel. Hands down easiest coffer for Rdm. Lvl 58 was my own personal Hell, but may not be so bad for you. Requires coffer from Castle Oztroja. Getting the key is relatively easy, but getting the coffer can be a complete nightmare depending on how many thieves are camping the coffers. I recommend staking out a little corner of the castle for yourself, such as the lowest 4 spawn points, and running back and forth across them and hoping you get lucky. Lvl 60, for the Pimp Hat, requires no key/coffer bullshit, which is damn good, because after Oztroja you will probably never want to see a coffer key ever again. Instead, you kill two NM's, one at a time in two different zones. Need to kill a ghost in Fei'Yin named Miser Murphy, and then a Doll named Guardian Statue in Garlaige Citadel. Neither is terribly hard overall provided you bring enough people. If you're a complete lunatic like yours truly, you can do what I did and actually solo the NM Ghost in Fei'Yin, that way you only have to talk people into killing the NM Doll, which is practically right outside Jeuno. |

Watch out for the first NM of DRK AF2, he almost killed a 74 WAR who stopped hunting Stroper Chimes to help us. He uses Mighty Strikes, and for him it's not Mighty Miss... The second one is really easy, should't give any problems. The third one is a ghost, aka brown bag type. He loves curse and -ga magic. Good luck! |

I was lvl 58. Requires a metric-fuck-ton of patience and some steady nerves... and you also have to hope that no one else gets in your damn way and interferes. I did it more to see if it could be done, and because it actually took less time than rounding up enough people to do it the "normal" way would have... I was sort of bored one night around 2am. I certainly wouldn't recommend it to everyone, better off to just grab 14-16 buddies and go gang-bang it to death. |

Uh, yeah, thanks everyone for their input. But i wasn't able to get it done this weekend. Crappy story really.... Thursday, i was on all night, trying to find help, and Yarr was no where to be found, and Mikey hadn't seen him either. Reinheld was lvling Nin i think, so he was busy. So i wasn't able to do it. And then Friday/Saturday/Sunday i was in Virginia Beach on "vacation" with my family, so i couldn't play. Sorta upset, but i wont hold anger for nothing i guess. I'll send /tells to most of you seeing if you could help this evening. If not, i guess i'll just spam shouts in Jeuno for help. Thanks |

Yeah, i figured Yarr. Being the head of such an uber Link Shell, you probably never have free time. It's alright i guess. Maybe i'll get Limit Break and all of my AF by next summer..................... /em sigh. |
