Update your video drivers ==> install/reinstall latest directX ==> play the game. |

im guessing its a video card issue mainly cause of the out of memory error at direct 3d and also at the bottom where it shows your directx9 crashing. check your drivers and i'd try your video cards tech support just because thats what they get paid for. |

the cards are up to date, and directx updates will not over write my current out of date directx file (as microsoft states it) |

the biggest thing was it wouldnt let me play online til i updated, so i updated and that is when i started seeing all the errors, so the in game techi told me to upgrade all parts of my pc, thats the clutter, and it stilll doesnt work. i may unistall and reinstall tonight |

Sounds like the issue i had with a game my roomate installed, it required Directx 9.0c but the windows XP Service Pack 2 wouldnt let me install 9.0c over the 9.0 i had, so i had to reformat and do the SP2 after the directx |

unistalled directx 9.0c and reinstalled november 2007, worked, updated windows update for my video card (weird) and the regular video card update, the game still crashes. and ffxi isnt working now either |

WEWT! i fixed my display problems i updated video hardware/software, and directx. after that i changed my video settings to how they used to be then i unistalled CNC3 and reinstalled. then i went into CNC3 settings and set everything to low and did the latest update. now FFXI works and CC3 works too! i got a few crashes, but they were just updated crashed so i restarted pc and they went away! so CNC3 online and ffxi work perfectly now! thanks for all your help guys |
