Personally, I've never really been impressed with Phantasy Star Online, or any Phantasy Star for that matter really - I could just never get into them. If you like PS though, then I'd say go for it, because it will probably still retain that style. |

i love how FFXI was originally made to compete with PSO. Rofl. It's like racehorses to mules, really. |

Wow, really? I played PSO back in the day, God, fun times. I dunno, I really liked the game. It wasn't as stressful as FFXI, then again, it didn't hold my interest as long. |

The initial concept was to compete with phantasy star directly. It morphed into a "real" mmo lol |

I'm really looking forward to the new Phantasy Star games. I was a rabid PSO addict for the GC. The only problem with PSO was that it was hacked inside and out, left to right, throat to rectum. Dupe glitches...pirate servers...small amounts of PKing...if it's been done in any mmo, PSO pretty much has it. Sold my Gamecube ages ago when I got into a bit of a money problem, but I kept PSO and my memory card...When I have the cash, and my current goals have been paid for, I'm definatly buying another GC to get back into PSO. As for the old school PS games, I loved PS2 with Rolf...Nei.....and those other people I don't quite remember due to my current caffiene/niccotiene deficiency. I still remember dungeon lurking for nearly two weeks grabbing the best armors and weapons in the game before finally fighting Dark Falz...Then realizing I kinda over powered myself when I ran right through him...lol The ending has always stayed in my mind, though...It wouldn't surprise me in the least if human kind pulled a fucked up stunt like that if/when the time came around....I'll say no more to avoid spoilers for those who've yet to enjoy it. |

Ya, I loved PSO. I met some badass people there. Granted I've never talked to them since, but they were really fucking cool. |

Don't suppose you ever noticed a HUmar named Hiro, did you? I was usually with my friend's guild, {JSS}. |

I really like phantasy star IV. I played it on emulator for the first time a few year ago, but I had a lot of fun. Character were making me laugh all the time. Phantasy star online was fun but got old pretty fast, I would have prefered a real rpg I think |

I went by the name Eden (FOmar), I probably would've seen you around at some point. |

If you ever heard of the names DeViL-LiKe or GoD-LiKe, then you probably saw me. I was usually somewhere with DeViL-LiKe. |

My character's name was Tempest. |

Tempest, eh? Sounds odly familiar...Did you have a group of friends you usually played with? Maybe if you rattled off some buddies you might have been seen around, I might remember. Did you abuse any of the old glitches? Maxed stats...duping...lol...It was amazing how many screwed up things you could buff your character with in that game...Thank god FFXI doesn't have that crap. You think Ifrit's economy is going to shit NOW? Imagine if everything was dupe-able like PSO...Kirin's Osodes on every lvl75...Un-Cursed armor everywhere...Everyone with uber craft skills... Well, that would eradicate any excuses for player using gimped equipment, but still....yuck...I nearly shat myself when I heard JP's found a dupe glitch...Thankfully SE was smart on that one and fixed it/banned the dupers... |

I used to walk through walls, but I didn't dupe. And ya, I played with a buddy of mine. |
