k listen up, there are three godly UIs presently, ill list each.
Flexbar, you use a long list of coded commands to simply edit your own entire UI, no pre fabricated bs, just what you want, however small you want, where you want. I love this one because i actually made my rogue's UI almost disappear from the entire screen, was nice for pvp etc. The only drawback is that it took me about 2hours to get all of the command down (though i like coding so it didnt hurt) and it requires you get a mod that makes your current hotbars disappear, since it doesnt include that.
Ctmod, probably the most popular UI in the MMO world. It includes breakable, resizeable bars, you can break and move around all of the main bars (the ones across the bottom of your screen), and a huge amount of different adaptable mods. i.e., it has a mod to put your hp/mp in your character bubble's bars and in party character bubble bars, along with the choice of making the hp/mp the exact amount, a percentage, or both. it also includes movable bags, countdown timers (warnings for buffs about to run out and it shows for the remaining delay on skills, i.e. it'll show 5s left on mind flay when there are 5s left) i suggest this one, the only problem with it imo is it gives no option to rescale your minimap or your character/party bubbles.
there was some other newgen mod but i cant remember its lame ass name, but ctmod owns it i guess.
also, your ctmod might come with something called titanbar, if it doesnt go download it yourself. it's basically a bar on either the bottom or top of your screen that displays whatever you want it to. latency, actualy time (instead of server time near minimap), bag slots left, xp left, xp/hour of leveling up, zone, your x/y coordinates, etc. it's just a novelty, though, i delete mine every once in a while.
annnd break!
