Ultimate Frisbee? I'm in a Phoenix league for all ages. It's all about having fun, drinking beer, heckling, and played some awesome disc. I also play for the ASU team a bit, moreso just practice with them to stay in shape. \

Anyone else play Ultimate Frisbee? If not you guys should.... it's an awesome game.

There's a college bracket with a national championship.

There's a League here in Phoenix.

There are at least 2 other leagues in Flagstaff and Tucson here in Arizona.

There are individual teams that practice and enter tournaments.

I played in a tournament in January called New Years Fest, 64 teams from all over the coutnry flew down here and took part.

So yeah... I mean there's a league.... and then like 100000 other things you can join as well. Ultimate is huge lol.

My God. And silly me, I thought it was only a summer camp activity.

ultimate frisbee? what world..

I used to play a bunch back in high school. A bunch of my friends and I (probably about 30 of us at any given time) Would head to the park near the scholl and play ultimate frisbee and eat KFC(It was on the way to the park) for like ...hours.Was a lot of fun and I miss it. Its a great game and to those of you who haven't play'd, try it you'll like it. I mean I'm about as lazy as they come and I enjoy it so thats gotta speak for something no?

ultimate frisbee in AZ lol, we play that in highschool pe classes

its actually pretty fun. think soccer and football, but w/ a frisbee

we have it as a kinesiology class here at A&M... going to take it next fall

http://www.vots.org You might have to wait until next fall league that starts in september. But we have league finals April 29th and 30th so you should come check it out. It's actually very huge in AZ.

The best teams in the country are like SoCal teams and some Minnesota and Colorado teams.

Im not going to stereotype but god, the people I know who play this are pretty freaky lol. I doubt people everywhere who play it are like that, but it would be what stops me from playing lol.

I used to play Ultimate frisbee, but now as far as the frisbee goes my friends and I usually just go to the park and toss it around.

Nah all types of people play, actually very rarely are they hippies. The hippies are the guys that don't have enough motivation to sign up for a league lol.

I have 2 surgeons on my team, some engineers, a chiropractor, usually just a lot of successful people around the valley that wanna keep fit and come out and throw a frisbee around and drink beer with a lot of cool people. And actually a lot of cute girls play frisbee... I never thought that before I came out here.

Im glad I picked the sane sport of Judo.
