I remember reading somewhere there is like a 5 minute lag. So they train the guys who move it, to compenstate for the 5 min lag when they make adjustments. Its supposedly part of the reason why it takes so long to get anywhere. That and being that its small and a power conservative. I think the same article also said it has detection capabilities, so if they give it a movement that will cause an accident, it can over-ride that order? I remember that part because imagine the day it gets stuck somewhere because it doesn't want to "die" lol
