A bunch of fucking idiots over there. I have a claim ticket and there is no fast way of checking the status other then the number they gave me. Guy told me to call him in a few hours and after waiting 1h 30m+ i went online to get some help.

So i just got home from work and went to test my line speed. They told me they would call me if they were going to fix it tonight. Well they never did but i wanted to try anyway. My line is smokin' at 1.3mbs

First time something has gone well this week
