Hhmm

Well, since your a mom Cyn, taking a Cooking class would be a good idea. But it's not like you have to prepare a gourmet meal every night. The way I see it you can just teach yourself to cook what they would teach you. Just get cook books and stuff. That's what my mom did and she's awesome \:D/ . Plus cooking isn't really a skill, if you know how to cook something you can do it with patience.

Interior Design and Writing will have you learning and having fun at the same time.. I would try one of those if I were you. I think you'd get more out of them rather than cooking.

As for computer classes.. forget that. You don't want to be in front of the computer 24/7. Playing FFXI is enough :P

About the others they just sound boring.. so yea lol

Agreed. Computer classes are BORING! Alot of mathematic equations and stuff like that. Definately not something to do for fun.

I'm looking to take some business courses. I need to start managing my business myself instead of my accountant.

Also i'm probably going to take some accountant classes or maybe just a couple books to read, still dont know.

Those two are top priority, but i also have to do some roofing research so i can have some knowledge about my uncles company, so i can help him out more.

Problem is time, and time only.

EDIT: oh, and MSCE 216, 217, 219. My brain is gonna blow up. These things i will HAVE to do... All of these courses, eventually. So i have to step up a bit.
