Yeah, that's gotta be a myth, I used to drink like 4 cups of coffee a day when i was 6 (I'm totally serious here)... granted, I put like a pound of sugar in (that part ain't so serious, but I did overdo it with the sugar). And here I am, 14 years later, 6'2. Now... I drink coffee like once every 3-4 months, I think I got the addiction out of my system as a child.

Frappucino's for the win.
I usually just drink orange juice in the mornings though. It's not exactly coffee or caffeine to wake me up but it does give me some energy regardless ;p
Not to mention all I do at work is pretty much browse forums all day. Even if I fell asleep it's not the work would change much, lol, and I'd still get paid

Ok Vancouverites

I never drank coffee or frequented Starbucks nearly as much as I do now that I moved to the west coast - specifically White Rock (too damned far from Vancouver IMHO.)

Thing is - I still don't drink coffee and need to find a great tasting not a Chai Creme Frappachino on the menu that is less than a 429857 calories.

Any suggestions?

Does anyone know how SBC is?
