I know, I'm a dinosaur..i still buy CDs >< and it sucks spending 50 bucks on 3 cds, but when you strike gold and pick up a CD you really dig and it gets hours of play, than to me, you can't really put a price on that. So what were the last CD purchases, or the last music purchases you really dug. Here's what I got today

Denali - s/t
Azure Ray - Hold On Love
The Yeah Yeah Yeahs - Fever to Tell

So far I've only gotten a few songs into Denali, but I'm really digging it so far (it's almost just like engine down with female vocals) I'll let you know what I think of the rest when I've had time to review. Oh btw, I was looking for music to like sleep/mack with a chick hence the mostly low-fi femme vox stuff i just got, for otehr good stuff like that check out: portishead, slowdive, hooverphonic, esthero, baxter and mono

yeh i'm a music nerd

ah shit.. that totally slipped my mind when i was in there. Though, of course there were like 10 albums that I had to consolidate down to 3 (yeh I keep my shit on a budget lol). I'll DL some tonight when i go searching for that Karen O. song from the adidas comercial. BTW I'm freaking loving this Denali CD right now, I suggest all go check it out who have a penchant for lo-fi female sung music. you can preview a couple of tracks on their site: http://www.denalimusic.com
