A week from today will concluide my first month taking hiphop classes, and its been real awesome but tiring. Both my teachers tell me i'm not flexible but i been getting better. Its real fun and i like the 'cardio' kinda work out i get from it, but i started taking kickboxing too, so i have to miss a class per week; ;
I dont have much time to do all these things and i'm skipping hiphop right now because i'm extremely tired from the gym yesterday & work today.
Right now my schedule consists of:
Sunday: free day (beach/gf day)
Monday: work then gym (weights) | gym (kickbox)
Tuesday: work then HipHop
Wednesday: work then gym (weights)
Thursday: work then Hiphop | gym (kickbox)
Friday: work then gym (weights)
Saturday: gym (weights) untill 9-10am then beach and/or gf day then Hiphop at 7pm.
I usually work from 6:30am (alarm wake up) untill 6:30pm - 7:30pm, i always shoot for leaving work at 5pm, but it never happens, i always get cought up.
Kickboxing is at my gym (
La Fitness) and its every monday and thursday and i been skipping hophop lately since i been so tired from the gym + being lazy.
So if you factor all that in + gf always asking to spend time = no games what-so-ever. Sometimes i manage to play a little when i dont stay tru to my schedule, but that rarely happens.
Anyways i hope tal and everyone else enjoys the movies i posted, and maybe someday i'll be able to pull stunts like that.... who knows.
