matti its stille not working -_- still saying that error delee and in my programs it says that i have another MSN installed even tho i uninstalled it -_-

You might have a virus..

I have that problem before and i think you may need to reformat your computer and get that file from your window Cd.


that file is actually ran by many other programs as well..

Better start backing up your files and making a boot up disk.
