Hmm yeah Anal Cunt might be the worst due to the fact that they seemingly write their music to offend everyone both lyrically and to offend the musician in the way that their music is digital diarrhea pressed on a disc. Mortician and Macabre are two bands that are equally as bad musically as Anal Cunt, but their lyrics and song titles are more along the path of Cannibal Corpse. What seperates Mortician and Macabre from Cannibal Corpse? Well both bands show a shockingly lack of musical prowess that is rare in music today. Mortician even finds a way to sound sloppy even though they use a drum machine. Macabre mixes some of the worst death metal vocals ever made (this is an accomplishment) with lyrics and song titles that offer up records of the killings and exploits of almost all the serial killers in history.

Sometimes I think that these bands must somewhat purposely try to sound this bad, since I have a hard time imagining people actually sucking this bad at their instruments for this long a period of time. Most of the bands listed on this thread are annoying "pop rock" bands, while I hate this genre of music at least they can play and sing in key and write a song with some semblance of structure. Musically I think there may be equally bad bands found in the other genres of rock (like punk for example), but death metal makes it so easy to find shitty bands because there are so many of them.
