I go 4-5 days a week and have been consistent for a little over 3 years. I would feel like shit if I stopped going. I don't do too much cardio b/c I don't really need to, I'm mostly weights.

i have trouble finding a partner. Like i've gotten offers from my friends but the hours they go conflict with my work hours. I would do it on my own, but i'll admit i can't do it on my own. I need someone to have around to talk to.

For me talking only slows me down.

I like keeping my heart beat rate high when lifting, so i'm always
runing for 5 minutes between machine changes.

I gained about 7 pounds of muscle mass.

Do you get looks? I'd laugh if I saw someone bolt over to a treadmill after every machine hehe

On a slightly related note:

I think it's hilarious how some people grunt really loudly then drop their weights making a huge noise. They make a big production out of it. It cracks me up.

I dont use the treadmill. But yes, i breath somewhat heavy.

I eat alot too, so i'm constantly loosing and gaining weight.

The people i think are funny at the guys who are wearing all this Name bran stuff and just sitting around talking not Even doing anything and lifting the littlest weights and walk with their arm wide out liek they are huge haha
