however I see this becoming a racial issue now which is now making me even more bitter towards his "plight." The fact that now people are labeling "The Govinator" a murderer is also troubling. The county court didn't overrule this, the state supreme court didn't, even the entire US supreme court did not overrule this verdict, so how is just the governor of California responsible? Why aren't the other judges just as responsible and why is there not as much fuss about them. This damn case is sadly becoming a racial brainwash to "the masses" as well as a negative political tool. The bullshit :roll:

he deserved to have died, he killed 4 people, has never apologized
from what ive heard he is still violent in jail and these children books he has written have only been read by like 300 people. Killed a whole family and an army guy for what, to rob a 7-11.
However, I think a better punishment would be rotting in jail his whole life, doesnt mean im against the death penalty

Instead of killing these people we should put them to good use. Like use them for scientific testing and new drugs and shit. Give them AIDS/cancer and use them to find a cure. No cruel or unusally punishments, fuck that.

Umm....punishment equal to crime. Unless he killed those four individuals by injecting AIDS into them, he certainly does not deserve to die in that fashion.

Why not? He did a crime to society, use his life to try to help instead of just killing him. And I doubt the victems deserved to die in the fashion they did.

He should be executed in the manner with which he murdered his victims. I don't remember him giving them cancer...
