Me too.

Bob Ross was the greatest but he always put a huge dead tree front and center to end every one of his paintings. That or a shack.

Im not looking forward to Generation Gap.

Emo\Scene kids were my first preview of Generation Gap. I mean I really dont understand Emo or Scene. Every teenager has his\her problems but these little brats make it their life to do nothing but centre their world around these problems.

if you placed both our generations into a middle school, ours would totally bully the emo generation. they wouldn't survive!

I think emos prefer to be bullied. It gives them something to cry about.

I don't know what bandwidth is, but I have a horrible fear of stealing it by mistake.

Remote linking an image is using [img] takes on a URL that you don't own (i.e. anything besides a photo dump site like imageshack or a personal website). So, when you remote link from a website like the one above they have their server set to display a different image outside of their domain.

Tip: Never remote link an image from somethingawful.com

SA uses Waffleimages. And no, you can't link remotely.

Necro bump I suppose but jeez. I was carrying in some crap from the car the other day and the neighbor kid (16) was outside and we were yapping a bit about videogames. So I was talking about wii and gave him the schtick about how he shouldn't buy a ps3 and he goes "who the fuck wants to play a wii?" My instinctive response was "I've been playing games longer than you've been alive, and I want wii" then I realized it was true. lol

This kid was born in 1990, to him Ocarina of Time was probably the first Zelda, that bothers me.

Nintendo has retired gameboy now, they're following through with DS as their new family hand-held last I heard. What this means is that kids being born now, or kids born in the last few years will never know what Gameboy is (at least with the same intimacy we know it). Why couldn't nintendo just call the fucking DS "Gameboy DS"

I dunno why this upsets me so much but it does. Videogames aren't like books and movies which you can find pretty easily no matter the age. When videogames get old they fade away never to be found again unless you own an original or get lucky with a remake. There's no history for videogames, once they're gone they just drown into time.

^Nintendo Virtual Console \:D/

Also I've got a Super Nintendo and alot of classics saved like Chrono Trigger, Earthbound, Evermore, RoboTek (I think) Link to the Past, Super Mario RPG ect

When I was really young my grandma lived across the street and she loved to play video games. Me and my brother would go over nearly everyday and play games, even before I was old enough to hand a controller properly. So I played the majority of the classic games from the SNES age onward (and some NES like Dragon Warrior). I'd rather play Chrono Trigger than any modern RPG, period. Nothing compares.

I pretty much have the ROM for every NES, SNES, Genesis and most of the Master System games on my PC. Saves me time from dusting off my old systems (Master System is the only one I don't have) and games. I have some PS1 ISOs as well, but those are harder to come by. I wish there was a good Saturn emulator and ISOs of Panzer Dragoon Saga available lol. I used to play FF6, Chrono Trigger, FF7, FFT, or Castlevania:SotN emulated in between windows at HNM camps.

There's something terrible about ROMs to me. They're just so cheap and cheesy and you can save anywhere. I don't like them.
