Such things as Global Warming does exist, but its not effective enough as of now to make any massive changes. My opinion is that changes made will be adapted and eventually balanced out. Regardless of my opinon though, things will eventually sit back to normal, if not we'll have to change to adapt with accuring global warming, thus eventually finding a solution.
i watched day after tomorrow. For not making sense I hope your the first one eaten by the dogs!
Global Warming doesn't just mean it will get hotter. As the planet warms, weather currents and trends are shifted, cold and hot. Your winter will be much worst due to excess moisture in the air from the extremely hot summers, and the shifting air currents from the colder and warmer areas shifting balance. The worst part of global warming is that it melts ice caps, introducing cold water into the Atlantic, more then normal. Water current in the Atlantic and Pacific drive the weather for the most part around the globe. Global warming is a phenomenon that will happen regardless of whether or not we existed though. It’s proven scientifically the planet goes through warming cycles.
The problem though, is we are exacerbating the current cycle. Instead of having a normal warming cycle, we are having a drastic warming cycle. The snow you got is a definite sign of global warming. Just like the hurricane cycle right now as well. If humans didn't exist there would have still been a hurricane cycle, but it wouldn't have been as drastic as the last one was. You still would have seen snow in your region, but it would not have been as drastic.
Problem is, how do you change it? Easy to say just fix it, but fixing the problem requires alot of sacrifice, that 99% of the world is not ready to accept yet. My 2 cents.
