A Bush loving co-worker forwarded this to me in an email just now. I am guilty of drinking Starbucks every morning not because it taste good, but because a Venti coffee with 2 espresso shots mixed in kicks my f'ing ass into gear every day for my boring ass job. Also I go there so much they charge me almost nothing (sometimes I get it for free).

This email makes me wanna cut myself. I hate how stupid my fellow Americans are. I replied with a very rude response btw lol.

STARBUCKS COFFEE!
I guess I will not be drinking Starbucks coffee any more! Recently,Marines in Iraq wrote to Starbucks because they wanted to let them know how much they liked their coffees and to request that they send some of it to the troops there.

Starbucks replied, thanking the Marines for their support of their business, but that Starbucks does not support the war, nor anyone in it, and that they would not send the troops their brand of coffee. So as not to offend Starbucks, maybe we should not support them by buying any of their products! As a war vet writing to fellow patriots, I feel we should get this information out in the open. I know this war might not be very popular with some folks, but that doesn't mean we don't support the boys on the ground fighting street-to-street and house-to-house for what they and I believe is right. If you feel the same as I do, then kindly pass my message along, or you can discard it. No one will ever know about Starbucks coffee's attitude toward our fighting men and women in Iraq.

Thanks very much for your support. I know you'll all be there again when I deploy once more.

PLEASE DON'T DELETE THIS E-MAIL MESSAGE. ALLOW IT TO BE PASSED TO ALL IN MEMORY OF ALL THE TROOPS WHO HAVE DIED SO THAT WE MAY HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE TO SUPPORT THEM OR NOT.

Dear Exxon,

As a troop fighting over in Iraq, I have to tell you we all love buying your gas sooooo much. Maybe when myself and my fellow troops get home in the states you can hook us up with free gas since we helped preserve your oil fields and all.

Sincerely,

Sgt. Gimmie

Dear Sgt. Gimmie,

Ha ha ha, lol, man that was a good one. Gas right now in the States is currently $2.30 a gallon on avg but it has shot up a little over $3.00 in Cali. Keep fighting the good fight, thank you, and see ya stateside.

Sincerely,

Exxon
