We spent New Years Eve moving into our first house. It's pretty scary buying a house for the first time, but really fun as well.

Grats you two!
Shawna and I just bought a house a couple months ago too, it is kind of a nerve-wracking process. Luckily we found a realtor that is married to a mortgage lawyer, and they worked out really well for us. We ended up getting 5.7% fixed rate (average here is about 7%) on a $170k house.

Congrats! It looks like a really nice house. The living room sleepouts are great! We had to do that with out apartment at first until our furniture came.

Now that we at least have our bed in the house I can stop pulling my hair out.

Vivi, I don't know what's up with all the butt shots. Matti pointed that out, too. hehe

And there's a really nice spot under the deck in the backyard for the dead bodies. Don't want to stink up the house.

That better be a temporary hiding place. Your neighbors are going to smell whats under your deck, nobody wants that. I suggest getting an incinerator to cremate them.

Everything Matti is messing with is on the floor (temporarily I assume), that is why he is bending over. Either that or he is trying to get the gaybois interested.

You don't literally pull your hair out, do you? I know someone who does and its pretty brutal lol.

Sunshine and I hate our apartement. We have the most horrible people above us.

Im pretty jelous of anyone who has their own house. I hope Sunsine and I are in our own house soon enough.

that is a huge basement, lol that was the first thing i thought when i saw it, then secondly i thought of the huge ass computer room i could have down there with a huge TV for the PS3 and the Wii and Guitar hero 3!

I agree. We definitely hate where we live and I can't wait until we can get our first house. Yours is gorgeous! I love the windows in your living room. It's a great space for entertaining! Congrats again!
