I saw the movie on saturday night and i must say.. It was the dumbest movie i've seen in a very long time. Seriously though it was one of the funniest i've seen, Team america is so offensive to other countries (especially arabs) its nuts. So many landmarks were simply destroyed lol because team america was policing the world lolol.l I laughed so hard i drowned out the theater lololol the throw up sceen almost made me throw up in laughter irl |

Oh man. hah hah I saw the throw up scene on TV, when they were doing a teaser for the movie. Like 3 minutes of him just throwing up. hah hah. I want to see it, but I most likely will have to just buy/rent it when it comes out on DVD. |

I saw it yesterday. At one point, was rolling in the chair laughing (The first time they're going out on a mission and that 'America: Fuck Yeah!' song is playing). South Park has always tried to stretch the limits of what can be done on Cable TV. I think this movie stretches what can be done with an R rating :D. Also, did you hear that EACH one of those fricken puppets cost 20,000 dollars? That's a sick amount of money! |

And yet compare 20k a head to what it takes to pay actors, and 20k is not so bad. |

Yeah, but watching 20,000 dollars (heh almost said gil) explode for a thirty millisecond cut isn't really worth it. |

Yeah, but there are alot of things to consider, such as there isn't a large market for marionettes. And therefore the time it takes to custom make a marionette with that detail probably does cost around 20K. Of course, once Team America goes commercial and starts mass producing toy marionettes of the movie, I'm sure in mass production the price of the puppets can drop 100-1000 fold. |

rofl... i saw that movie a weekend before last and the parts i did see were pretty fucking hilarious. i just got back from mall with friends who were staying to see it again but i didnt feel like it. buttt i was busy in theatre with gf so i cant really say i saw much ;/ |

hehehehe mythrandir and I saw that movie last weekend as well. The throwing up scene was tremendous.. I was laughing so hard I had tears in my eyes. The thing I love about those 2 guys and their shows/movies is that they don't just pick on one group.. they rip on EVERYONE to the fullest extent possible. America! fuck yeah! hehehehe and then freedom for a buck oh five
