Well, lets recap shall we. In the first week of January Princess and I decided to split. I used this opportunity to motivate myself into making goals I would normally never even set. The biggest of those goals was to get myself in shape. I’m not just talking about losing a few pounds here and there. I’m talking about a full body make over haha. I can honestly now tell everyone that I have accomplished my goal. I look 100% better and I feel the same way too. I go to the gym 6 days a week and I have a very strict diet of healthy food. I haven’t ate anything that I could possible consider “Junk food” since I was with Princess. Well, I guess I’ve had a little Gelato here and there, but hey, the things you have to do to keep yourself happy lol. So lets look back. In January I made a thread just like this where I said Quote: I got my first body fat % test done since i started at the gym 2 weeks ago.
12% body fat bitches Thats the low end of the scale for me. Any less and I would need to bring it up. For my Hight\Age\Weight I think the % is like 12-18(ish)% So yeah. Im proud of myself. Now I just have to move that 12% around to the right places haha. With my new routine of Wieghts three times a week and Cardio three-four times a week I should keep this % or bring it down. Im not going to the gym to bulk up. Im going to get in shape ;p Im off to a good start and cant wait to see what Im going to be\look like in 6 months. So today was the last of my 20 sessions with my personal trainer. What does that mean? Just how fat is Yarr now? 7% body fat bitches well 7.1% if you want to be exact. My weight has been an up and down thing. At first I wasn’t eating enough. So my weight went way way down. I got it back up now to a solid 125lbs. So between January 25th and April 11th I lost 10lbs. However, in reality I lost 4% body fat. Trust me, that’s a lot when I would have called myself “far from over weight”. As soon as summer rolls around and I get some colour in my pasty white Irish skin, ill be sure to take some pictures of myself. I seriously never thought I would make progress like this. To say I’m proud of myself wouldn’t even begin to describe how I feel. |

125lbs? Man I weigh more than you........ But really that's awesome. You set a goal and achieved it. I mean like... you could look at it in terms of FFXI. you went from lvl 50-75 irl, and now all you need is your AF Body peice.... which is a tan......... ..... rite? |
