you will be creating your own political party. You should have learned/ or have an idea of what political parties are; now it is your opportunity to develop your own

Come up with an original name for your party. Explain your party platform. Write a brief/detailed explanation of the issues that are important to your party. Come up with at least two current political issues in the U.S.(canada or w/e) Government and explain why your party feels the issues are the most important.

For example, does your party feel that the government should focus attention and money on education? Why is that a priority? Perhaps your party feels that the government should increase the military or maybe decrease military spending.

This is your opportunity to think about political issues that are important to you. These can be local issues or national issues.

Explain what your party's plan on doing to resolve the issues you discussed. You need to come up with specific ideas that you can implement if your party is elected.

Have fun, and discuss each others parties. please do not make a war about opnions just aggree dissagree or point out things you would do differently.
